The Alps in 3-D

While flying over the Alps, on a flight from Washington, D.C. to Milan, Italy, the author snapped the two photographs necessary to produce a single 3-D image. Notice the snow filling the valleys between the jagged peaks. The flight was on July 4, 2002.
